Rates are for normal capacity: 1 bedroom for 2 people,2 bdr.for 4 people,3 bdr.for 6 people. Rental for all cottages is Sat. to Sat.–mid June to Labor Day. Extra person charge is $100 per week/ $20 per night. No charge for children 6 yrs.or under.

Special Rate
Last 2 full weeks of June and the 2 weeks before Labor Day. The Special Rate and 3 night minimum applies on Memorial Day,Father’s Day & Labor day weekends.

Spring & Fall Rate
Spring: May 1st to June 12/13. Fall: Labor Day thru October. Fall weekly rates begin on Saturday prior to Labor
Day. A week can begin on any day. For extra days more than a week,the rate is 1/7th of the weekly rate.

Weekend Rate
Reservations can be made thru mid-June and for the last week of August to November 1st. 3 night minimum.

Taxes
5.5% sales tax + 4% room tax apply to all rates.

Guests of guests
must be registered in the office prior to or upon arrival. $10 per day per person may be charged for day guests beginning on the second day of visiting. Management reserves the right to limit the number of day guests.

Mode of Payment
We do not accept credit cards. Checks are accepted for deposits only. Cash,cashiers check or travelers checks are accepted for the balance. Balance is due upon arrival.

Check-in time
is 2 p.m. Checkout time is 9 a.m. More flexible hours may be allowed off-season with prior notice.

Deposits
$300 per week – 1 bedroom
$400 per week – 2 bedroom
$500 per week – 3 bedroom
Less than a week – 1/2 of rent.

Refund Policy
60 days notice: Full refund less 20% of deposit. Less than 60 days notice: Full refund (less the 20% cancellation fee.) IF we are able to re-rent for the full time reserved.
