Northwoods atmosphere with city convenience. Just a mile from town by road, half mile by boat. You'll never know it's so close: the view is superb, a long open view of the lake, often populated with ducks, blue heron, bald eagles, osprey, hawk or the mournful loon.

Minocqua is an island of shops for every vacation need and every vacation activity is nearby including golf, tennis, horseback riding, waterski and lumberjack shows, summer theater, amusement parks, animal zoos, museums and Indian dances at Lac du Flambeau. The area abounds in fine restaurants.

SUN - on our dock or sundeck overlooking the dock. This is the gathering place for peaceful relaxation or friendly conversation.

HIKE OR BIKE - to town, on scenic roads or take the 18 mi. State Park Bearskin Trail, starting at the Minocqua Post Office, cross-county to Heafford Junction.

SWIM - in clear water, clean sand bottom. Watch the children from our 150 x 8 ft dock with comfortable lounge furniture. The water is about @ 8 inches deep at the dock ladders with a gradual slope to deep water. We have an 8 x 12 foot carpeted swim raft.

FISH - Large and smallmouth bass, crappie, northern, walleye and the famous fighting muskie will entice, challenge, frustrate and reward the stalwart fisherman. Panfish are plentiful to fill the frying pan and gladden the tummy. Friday night fish-fry is a favorite local tradition so all can partake and be well satisfied. Fishing guides are available for the novice angler or the skilled trophy seeker.

BOAT - around this chain of 5 lakes; 63 miles of interesting shoreline includes the winding channel to Lake Tomahawk. Lakes Minocqua and Kawaguesaga have many islands and calm, pleasant bays. We have excellent docking for pontoon and speedboats; 6 slips and 4 dock spaces. Public launch ramps are nearby in town.

PLAYGROUND - for all ages includes badminton, basketball, horseshoes, large sandbox, shuffleboard, swings, volleyball, slide and teeter-totter.
